Our prenatal yoga classes will guide you through poses that help to ease many of the discomforts often found during pregnancy, as well as poses that help you maintain healthy conditioning. Our classes and guidance will encourage you to breathe deeper, prepare your body and mind for labor and childbirth, and help you relax and bond with your baby.
Beneficial to both body and spirit, the act of touch is one of humanity's first methods of therapy. Physical touch makes you healthier. Touch raises oxytocin,
releases endorphins & strengthens your immune system. With this in mind, I have created a special class which interweaves restorative yoga shapes
and mini gentle massage.
Early sign up is encouraged as this class often sells out.

100% charity class. Fun, irreverent and music-filled. Our teachers give you their time and you give us your sweat (and cash). $5 minimum donation-in class or online. Fridays 6-7 in Seven Fields September through May.
Charity classes are crowded classes in order for us to maximize our donations. If you are uncomfortable with the crowd or have reasons this would
not suit you, please attend one of our other classes on the schedule.
