For us, teaching yoga is the coolest job on the planet, and we all train, read, practice, meditate and practice some more until our bodies ache wonderfully and our spirits are lit up. Why? We love a simple, powerful flow, set to a rhythm of breath that pushes you to whatever limit you need today. Most of our classes are sweaty, though we are happy in warm flow and yin, as well. Our Friday night happy hour classes are irreverent and fun - and everything goes to charity, as it does with our holiday classes.
